General Terms
Users must agree not to use Quantum4U apps for illegal activities, including piracy or unauthorized software distribution. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
Renewal & Billing
After the end of the current period, your subscription will be auto-renewed at the current pricing. Notifications will be sent to your registered email address prior to renewal.
Refunds & Cancellation
Cancellation is available via the iTunes/App Store or Google Play Store. Unused portions of subscriptions are non-refundable, though exceptions may exist on a case-by-case basis. For refund requests, please contact us at feedback@quantum4u.in with a valid reason.
Limited Liability
Quantum4U assumes no responsibility for damages arising from the use of our apps. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
Termination
Service access may be suspended or terminated without prior notice for any breach of these terms and conditions.
Third-Party Links
Our apps and website may contain links to external websites or services. Quantum4U holds no liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Modifications
Quantum4U reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Support
We strive to resolve all application issues in a timely manner. However, some issues may be hardware-related and beyond our control. Please note that data and settings do not automatically transfer between devices — manual reconfiguration may be required.
Regional Restrictions
Certain apps or features (such as VPN services) may be unavailable in specific countries due to local legal requirements. These include but are not limited to: China, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Iraq, Turkey, UAE, and Oman.
